Returns 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer free 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email customersupport@baeville.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions and return label where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed withing 1-2 days and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Please allow up to 3-7days for return to post to your account depending bank policies. 

If 30 days have gone after receiving item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Gift cards

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us at info@baeville.com to request a refund. Once your request is received, you will receive an email from us with a return label to return your item. 

Shipping 
When you receive your return label. Please print label and take to your local postal service to return to: Baeville Beauty, 1138 N Germantown Pkwy, suite 101-177, Cordova TN 38016, United States.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will emailed to you within 1-2 business days. 

Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns

In order to ask for an exchange, contact us at customersupport@baeville.com please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged for the same item or item at same value.
